Thoughts to Start Your Week and Bless This Home with The Music Of Laughter

Have you ever let the miracles in your life become ordinary?????  I was thinking about this yesterday as I was holding and dancing with my very petite 7 year old miracle.

All three of my children are some of the greatest, amazing miracles in my life..... yet this 32 pounder just seems to point out the extraordinary gift of life for me.  Why is it, that even though I've been given a lesson and a gift that I know is truly a miracle,  I still let myself be lulled into a numbness about this breath taking, awe inspiring gift.  Each one of us has been given these gifts, the family and friends around us, our own life... yet so many of  us seem to be lulled to sleep, not realizing the precious, fragile gift we are graced with.

So here I am being awakened from my sleep, feeling these fragile yet strong arms around my neck....the arms that were never supposed to move, the  smile that was never supposed to be, the laughter I was never supposed to hear, the life that I was told was not worth keeping.....how I am blessed, how we are all blessed.  I leave this prayer with you:  I pray that your day and week is blessed with the music of laughter of those miracles in your life and that this extraorinary gift of life be a miracle for you.  =0)
